I grew up durin' the wonderful times known as "the good ole days." I sure do remember the "hot cars" way back then! The
57 Chevy, the 57 T-Bird, the GTO, the Corvette , the Mustang(the "Tang" as we called it), and the dice hangin' from the
rearview mirror.
"The gang," we hung out on the weekends, at our favorite "Drive-In" eatin' place, *Fisher's Hi-Boys*. They
had three locations. One on E. Kearney, one on E. St Louis . and the other one, on the corners of S. Glenstone &
E. Sunshine, in Springfield, MO. The largest one, was at E. Sunshine & S Glenstone, and we'd all just set in our cars,
watchin' "the parade" of all the HOT CARS go by!! Of course, we got somethin' to eat too!
